Wells Fargo paid him over $2,000,000 (two million dollars!) using money from a REMIC Trust, and its liquidation proceeds to chase innocent parties while the servicer and trustee pocketed millions of dollars in repurchase funds as settlement proceeds, which would be considered prohibited income for a REMIC trust and 100% taxable.
